Return Eligibility
You may request a return on time of receiving your order if one of the following conditions applies:
The product was damaged during shipping (e.g., leaked, broken, torn, or crushed).
You received the wrong item (e.g., different from what was ordered).
The product is expired (for food items like honey or ghee), defective, or not working properly (in the case of solar items).
Important: Open your parcel immediately upon delivery and inspect the products. Share pictures with timestamps inside the delivery shop. Late requests will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt).
Items must be returned with all accessories, tags, or documents included.
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or personal dislike once the product has been opened or used.
